Advent Assemblies Led by Transition Year Students
Our recent Advent Assemblies were thoughtfully planned and led by Transition Year students Brodie, Callum, Aaron, Abhinav, Donal and Dan. The students showed great maturity and leadership in guiding the school community through a meaningful time of prayer and reflection during the Advent season.
The assemblies focused on the role of St Joseph as protector of the Holy Family, highlighting his qualities of faith, courage, humility and quiet leadership. Students were encouraged to reflect on what St Joseph’s example means for young people today, particularly young men, and the importance of responsibility, care for others and standing up for what is right.
The assemblies provided a calm and reflective space for the school community as we prepare for Christmas, and the TY students are to be commended for the high standard of their preparation, delivery and respect for the school’s ethos.
Well done boys!!
