As part of our School Self-Evaluation you can access our School Improvement Plan for 2024-2025 below. This plan is based on the Wellbeing Surveys undertaken by parents, students and staff last year. It is also linked to the 'Wellbeing Policy Statement and Framework for Practise' (available on gov.ie). You will receive a survey in the coming months to see if our changes have had any impact on your experience of St Declan's.
As part of our School Improvement Plan this year our Student Council has re-written our targets into language that is accessible to students. They have produced posters that are hung up in every classroom and will be presenting on the targets to the classes they represent. You can see their poster below.
